The highest government official in Australia he has worked with regarding incident management and response is the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia Bill Shorten regarding Victoria’s deadly Black Saturday Bushfire Disaster. 

At the war the highest official he worked with was the Officer in Charge of the war in Southern Afghanistan at the time, and due to his incident investigation abilities from attending fatal incidents and mass casualty events he was introduced into the US Government by the United States Judge Advocates Generals’ Office known simply as JAG, that relationship started with the death of fallen US Soldier whose blood he had to mop like a layman cleaner out the back of his ambulance ready for the next patient with his team resting and taking in the incident. That is a taste of his lived experience.

Education wise he strategically chose to study Social Science which he started in 1996, i.e. what makes us and society tick, he is now a Doctor in Arts Philosophy as well has his PhD in Law and IT-Computer Science. 

He knew everyone communicated from before they are born, as we develop at worst, we communicate by dropping pebbles, using smoke signals like the traditional owners of the land, using flags on ships, using light signals and morse code which he leant while serving his country in the highly regarded Australian Military. Despite significant communication evolution and in this modern day mission critical communication still relies on Push to Talk (PTT).

Dr Spreckley’s first response experience is extensive, through his fire service he was awarded the Australia’s National Emergency Medal. 

Through his police service gained a Diploma of Public Safety and significant experience as the first responder as it is always the front line police who get to the incident first and manage it until the so called more experienced present. 

While at the war to fill in time he studied a Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety with his Canadian Officer friend who is a Lieutenant Coronal in charge of Canada’s Military drones, to keep up with Australia’s laws he went to do the Work Health and Safety Diploma. 

The Canadian Officer is also the advisor to the Canadian Governor General of Canada. The Australian Military and academics go to the Lt. Col regarding his AI knowledge which Dr Spreckley has due to his Doctorate in IT/Computer Science, and they do discuss in detail theories and development of all things AI to make the world a safer place.

Dr Spreckley is time poor but due to encourgement and demand is currently co-operating to gain his Medical Doctorate in Europe. He lives between Australia and Hong Kong.

In summary Multiradio is not new, the company has been a channel partner of Vertel Mission Critical Communications for close to 10 years, they are a Government Provider of Mission Critical Communications and second biggest in Australia to Telstra Australia’s largest telecommunications provider. 

Dr Spreckley provides people try to read me and figure me out, think they know me, I keep them guessing, in a clear statement he claims, “anyone is delusional if they claim, they can read minds”, this is the psychologist in Doctor from his Philosophy PhD.
