About Dr. Andrew Spreckley
Prof. Andrew Spreckley, the founder of Multiradio Pty Ltd, is an accomplished and resilient individual with extensive experience in emergency services, including police, fire, and ambulance, as well as serving in the military during the war in Afghanistan. He has strategic negotiation skills and survived manipulative tactics to knock him out yet he remains stable and steady to lead. His lived experiences have shaped his deep understanding of mission-critical communications, where any failure can mean the difference between life and death.
Prof. Spreckley holds Honorary Doctoratates in Arts Philosophy, Law and Computer Science, and his Professorship from European Institute of Melbourne and has been recognized with awards such as Australia’s National Emergency Medal. His extensive background includes high-level roles in state government, such as Superintendent and State Incident Manager for Queensland Transport. He has worked alongside top government officials, including the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, and with international military leaders. Prof. Spreckley’s expertise in communication and technology, particulary Mission Critical Push to Talk over Cellular places Multiradio Pty to make the world a safer place.
